Shipping to PO Boxes may be available depending on the carrier. However, we recommend using a residential or business address to ensure faster and more secure delivery.

  • For each successfully placed order, we need 1-3 business days to complete verification and process the delivery.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a shipment is refused, the original shipping cost and return fees may be deducted from your refund

Delivery Issues & Claims

If you experience any delivery issues, such as:

  • Your package has not arrived
  • Tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it

We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Important:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Reluven™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Incorrect Address & Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please note:

  • We are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been shipped
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Reluven™ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If shipping insurance was purchased, you may be eligible to file a claim for a replacement or refund, subject to verification and supporting documentation
  • If shipping insurance was not selected, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for lost or stolen packages

Partial Shipments & Out of Stock Items

If your order contains multiple items and one or more items are unavailable:

  • We may ship the available items first
  • The out-of-stock item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be offered at checkout for added protection.

  • Orders with insurance are eligible for claims in cases of loss, damage, or theft
  • Claims must be supported with appropriate evidence (e.g., carrier confirmation, photos, or investigation results)
  • Once approved, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion

Shipping-Related Refund Restrictions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The order is still in transit
